FY09 Deadlines:
August 1 – Projects taking place between October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009***
February 1 – Projects taking place between May 1, 2009 through September 30, 2009

*** Award decisions for the FY09 Round 1 Minigrants will be posted on Friday, August 29.

Submit an Application

Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting applications. Check your math carefully before submitting your application. Math errors may lower your grant’s score.

Please submit 9 copies of your application plus the original.

Completed applications should be mailed or hand-delivered to:

The deadlines and funding periods for Fiscal Year 2009 are as follows:

  • Round One: Deadline August 1, 2008, for projects taking place October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009
  • Round Two: Deadline February 1, 2009, for projects taking place May 1, 2009 through September 30, 2009.

Deadlines that fall on weekends or holidays will be valid through the next business day.
